At Zenitto, we ensure your orders are processed swiftly and delivered with care. Below are the key details of our shipping and delivery process:

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Pre-orders and custom items may take longer, and we’ll notify you of estimated times.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): ₹199. Free on orders over ₹2,000.

  • Express Shipping (2-3 days): ₹499 flat rate.

  • Same Day Delivery: ₹499 for selected areas. (Mumbai & Navi Mumbai)

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order through My Account.

 

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard: 5-7 business days.

  • Express: 2-3 days.

  • Same Day: Available in select locations for orders placed by 01:00 PM.

Delivery times may vary based on location.

 

5. Missed Deliveries

  • If delivery is missed, our courier will attempt re-delivery. For failed re-deliveries, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Contact us to arrange re-shipment.

 

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, or if it’s lost in transit, contact care@zenitto.in with details, and we’ll assist with replacements or refunds.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Zenitto is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Additional charges may apply for reshipment.

 

8. Customer Support

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Zenitto, we strive for excellence in quality and service. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return/Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any purchases.

  • Sale/Discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:

  • If you receive the wrong product or an item that is damaged during shipment.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery on care@zenitto.in.

3. Conditions for Exchanges

  • Products must be in original packaging with tags, labels, and barcodes intact.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.

4. Non-Acceptance of Exchanges

Exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Misuse/overuse of the product.

  • Returned without original packaging or if packaging is damaged.

  • Serial number tampered with.

  • Used or altered products.

  • Requests initiated after 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Free products or items marked as final sale.

5. Damaged/Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, follow these steps to request an exchange or refund:

  • Contact Customer Support at care@zenitto.in within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide your order ID and details of the defective or incorrect item, along with photos of the product and invoice.

  • We will arrange for pickup within 2-4 business days. Once received and verified, we will initiate the exchange or refund process.

 

6. Cancellation Before Shipment

  • If your order hasn’t been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us via email at care@zenitto.in or WhatsApp at +91 9326948589 (include your order number).

  • Refunds for cancellations before shipment will be processed within 24-48 business hours.

  • If the order has been shipped, the refund will be processed once we receive and verify the return at our warehouse.
